Our story.
Nortia Foundation is an initiative of Omar Alonzzo, a Venezuelan-born entrepreneur based in Miami, strategist, and visual artist. For more than eleven years he worked alongside over 500 brands in seven countries, from global companies to founders just getting started, and in every setting he saw the same thing: talent is rarely what’s missing. What’s missing is clarity, mental discipline, and a guide who can turn awareness into action. From that experience came a methodology that brings together neuroscience, the study of consciousness, ancestral wisdom, and metaphysics in concrete tools that apply to daily life, to work, and to the decisions that define a direction.
Omar founded the Foundation so that this methodology reaches beyond those who can afford it, beginning with young people and the communities that hold them up. He is guided by a conviction that has shaped his entire path: what he touches, he elevates. Today the Foundation is taking its first steps, and every mentor, volunteer, partner, and donor who joins becomes part of its foundation. To each of them, our gratitude.
